White Spritz UNDONE

This elegant serve delivers bright citrus, subtle floral undertones, and a clean finish—perfect for rooftop gatherings, weekend brunches, or any moment worth celebrating.

Ingredients:

3 oz UNDONE No. 20 Pop-Up Blanc
1.5 oz UNDONE No. 8 Little French Aperitif
1 oz THOMAS HENRY Soda Water
Fresh lemon twist
Optional: 2-3 green grapes or a small sprig of fresh thymeIce cubes

ADD ALL TO CART

Instructions:

1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes

2. Pour UNDONE No. 8 Little French Aperitif over the ice

3. Add UNDONE No. 20 Pop-Up Blanc

4. Top with a splash of Thomas Henry soda water

5. Express oils from lemon twist over the drink, then add as garnish

Optional: Add green grapes or thyme sprig for enhanced visual appeal and aroma

6. Stir gently and serve
