Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, we want you to have the best experience possible with UNDONE. Please review our refund and exchange guidelines below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@itsundone.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the damaged goods. If approved, we will send a replacement or offer an exchange at no additional cost.
Stolen or Lost Packages
Undone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
