At Undone, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders made through our website (www.itsundone.com).

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer shipping throughout the United States using UPS calculated rates at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your order and are calculated in real time by UPS during the checkout process.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which is subject to change based on promotions or seasonal offers. The current free shipping threshold will always be clearly displayed at checkout and in applicable promotions.

Note: Free shipping applies to standard UPS Ground shipping only and is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

All products ship from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: 1–3 business days
Midwest & South: 2–4 business days
West Coast: 4–7 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on UPS schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the UPS website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

Issues with Delivery

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, you can reach out to us at info@itsundone.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
