Our production process involves the dealcoholization of the original beverage. According to food regulations, any drink with an alcohol content below 0.5% Vol. is considered alcohol-free. Our variants contain less than 0.3% Vol. in their pure, unmixed state. This is comparable to the alcohol content in grape juice or a ripe banana, which results from natural fermentation. Non-Alcohol wines and sparkling wines also have a similarly low residual alcohol content.
Our beverages are designed for mixing. By adding a filler such as tonic, cola, or soda, you further dilute UNDONE.

A spirit consists of pure essence and pure alcohol. We remove the alcohol while retaining the essence. Therefore, we refer to it as an alternative to spirits, not a replacement. Thanks to our meticulous extraction process, all the flavor components are preserved, allowing your drinks to come as close to the original as possible.
Since alcohol acts as a flavor enhancer, all UNDONE products require additional acidity and sweetness – the fundamental components of any mixed drink or cocktail. This allows all the aromas to fully develop. And we think we do a pretty good job of it!

Our dealcoholized spirits are characterized by low sugar content and fewer calories. The aperitifs contain fruit sugar from the dealcoholization process and added sugar for optimal taste. For more details, please refer to our product section. Overall, non-alcohol products have significantly fewer calories than alcoholic ones.

UNDONE is not suitable for individuals who must or choose to avoid alcohol entirely, even in the smallest amounts. Our goal is to come as close as possible to the taste of the alcoholic original, which involves removing the alcohol from the original beverage. For this reason, we advise those in recovery from alcoholism to refrain from consuming UNDONE. Similar to rum flavoring used in baking, the smell and taste of our alternative can remind one of the original. Our recommendation: better to abstain.
