Our founders André and Mehmet, passionate bar lovers, missed high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives and founded UNDONE in 2018 to change that. With André's experience in the spirits industry and Mehmet's know-how from the world of coffee and sports, they successfully debuted at the Bar Convent Brooklyn in New York in 2019.
