Welcome to UNDONE! We are a passionate team of bar, drink, coffee, and music enthusiasts. And there’s no better place for us than Hamburg. The Reeperbahn, one of the world’s most iconic nightlife districts, is our playground. Even the Beatles kick-started their career here! Our roots are in the trendy Schanzenviertel, Hamburg’s answer to Soho. With the best bars, clubs, and the vibrant hip-hop scene of St. Pauli just around the corner, we are right in the thick of it. We bring exclusive spirits to Hamburg, Germany's “Gateway to the World.” Here, we de-alcoholize and refine them, then send them out non-alcoholic to bars worldwide. For all who love non-alcoholic drinks, UNDONE brings the taste of the world to you—entirely without alcohol!

LAUNCH IN BROOKLYN 2019
Our team, made up of passionate bar enthusiasts, recognized early on the lack of high-quality, non-alcoholic alternatives in gastronomy, at events, and in bars. In 2018, we decided to change this. With our extensive experience in the spirits, coffee, and sports industries, we developed UNDONE together. Our global debut took place in the summer of 2019 at the renowned Bar Convent Brooklyn in New York, where we quickly gained industry recognition and laid the foundation for our success. This year, we are proudly celebrating UNDONE’s 5th anniversary.
