Welcome to UNDONE. We’re a team of bar, drink, coffee, and music enthusiasts - and there’s no better home for us than Hamburg. The Reeperbahn, one of the world’s most iconic nightlife districts, is our playground - even the Beatles kick-started their career here. Our roots are in the trendy Schanzenviertel, Hamburg’s answer to Soho, with the best bars, clubs, and the vibrant St. Pauli scene just around the corner.
We bring exclusive spirits to Hamburg, Germany’s “Gateway to the World,” then dealcoholize and refine them and send them out, non-alcoholic, to bars everywhere. For everyone who loves a great drink, UNDONE brings the taste of the world to you - entirely non-alcoholic.

Launch in Brooklyn, 2019
Our team of passionate bar enthusiasts recognized early on how few high-quality non-alcoholic options existed in bars, restaurants, and at events. In 2018, we set out to change that. Drawing on deep experience across the spirits, coffee, and sports worlds, we built UNDONE - and made our global debut in the summer of 2019 at the renowned Bar Convent Brooklyn in New York, where we quickly earned industry recognition and laid the foundation for everything since.
Today, UNDONE is poured in homes, bars, and restaurants across the US and around the world - proof that good drinks don’t need alcohol.
