Pairs beautifully with seafood, Mediterranean dishes, fresh herbs, and light appetizers during rooftop gatherings and refined dinner parties.
Tasting Notes
AROMA: Fragrant juniper prominence with pine and spruce notes, bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit), fresh cucumber peel, hints of coriander.
UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN is non-alcoholic: it finishes under 0.3% ABV, below the 0.5% ABV line that US federal labeling rules use for non-alcoholic drinks. The dealcoholized gin stays dry and juniper-led, so a G&T made with it still tastes like a G&T.
How is UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN different from botanical non-alcoholic gins?
UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN starts as a real London Dry gin that is then dealcoholized, while most non-alcoholic gins blend botanicals to imitate gin. Because the gin is made first, juniper leads the flavor instead of sitting behind the other botanicals.
What cocktails can I make with UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN?
UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN is built for the Gin and Tonic, best with Thomas Henry Tonic Water. It also makes a Negroni with UNDONE No. 7 and No. 9, a Gimlet, and a Tom Collins.
Does UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN taste like real gin?
UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN tastes like a London Dry gin: juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, dry and complex. The difference from full-strength gin is the missing heat of high ABV, so it drinks softer while the botanicals stay in front.

I have been a gin and tonic drinker since my mid 20s and when I chose to stop drinking alcohol, I could never find the right combination to make a good one. Undone is hands-down the best option for me and I’m so glad I found it!
Love the gin but for some reason I got an email confirming my order of non alcoholic wine. I have only ordered the gin, not sure what's going on. I did not order anything but gin.
I was so excited to be able to have a Negroni! I bought this gin and also their "vermouth" and "Campari". What a costly disappointment!! It is nothing more than an expensive botanical water. (Chat GPT's words). Wish I'd have read reviews. Do not waste your money on this garbage!!!!
This is a very versatile un spirit. My husband and I picked up a fairly forward cucumber taste, then a mild juniper flavor. Although I love the cucumber, I really wish there was also a more juniper taste. But when you mix this with your high quality tonic, the result is delicious. Very good for what it is and a refreshing mocktail staple.
This is absolutely the best non-alcoholic gin I've ever had. I've tried a few and this is by far the closest to the taste of regular gin. I'll definitely be ordering again.
