Negroni Sbagliato UNDONE

The Negroni made sparkling on purpose, and non-alcoholic. UNDONE No. 7 NOT ORANGE BITTER and No. 9 NOT VERMOUTH, lengthened with sparkling UNDONE No. 20 Pop-Up Blanc in place of gin for a lighter, effervescent take on the classic.

Aperitif

Wine Glass / Rocks Glass

Ingredients:

1 oz UNDONE No. 7 NOT ORANGE BITTER
1 oz UNDONE No. 9 NOT VERMOUTH
UNDONE No. 20 Pop-Up Blanc, to top
Garnish: orange slice or twist

ADD ALL TO CART

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass or rocks glass with ice
Add UNDONE No. 7 NOT ORANGE BITTER and No. 9 NOT VERMOUTH
Stir gently to combine
Top with sparkling UNDONE No. 20 Pop-Up Blanc
Garnish with an orange slice or twist and serve

Bartender’s Notes

The Sbagliato is the mistaken Negroni: swap the gin for bubbles and it becomes lighter and more sessionable. For an extra-long serve, add a splash of Thomas Henry Soda Water.
