Mystic Mojito UNDONE

A tropical twist on the mojito, made non-alcoholic. UNDONE No. 1 NOT RUM meets fresh lime and cool mint syrup, lengthened with Thomas Henry Mystic Mango for a bright, fruit-forward refresher.

Ingredients:

2 oz UNDONE No. 1 NOT RUM
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz mint simple syrup
Thomas Henry Mystic Mango, to top
Garnish: mint sprig or lemon balm

ADD ALL TO CART

Instructions:

Add UNDONE No. 1 NOT RUM, lime juice and mint syrup to a highball glass
Fill with cubed ice and stir
Top with Thomas Henry Mystic Mango
Garnish with a mint sprig or lemon balm

Bartender’s Notes

Clap the mint between your hands before garnishing to release the aroma. For less sweetness, drop the mint syrup to 0.25 oz.
