Jungle Bird UNDONE

A tropical tiki classic reimagined non-alcoholic, combining the rich molasses character of UNDONE No. 1 NOT RUM with a perfect balance of bitter, sweet and sour notes.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz UNDONE No. 1 NOT RUM
0.75 oz UNDONE No. 7 NOT ORANGE BITTER
1.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Pineapple wedge and leaf for garnish
Ice cubes

ADD ALL TO CART

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously until well-chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf

Flavor Profile: Complex and tropical with balanced bitter, sweet and sour notes

Sugar Content: Moderate - Lower sugar option: Reduce simple syrup to 0.25 oz or substitute with monk fruit sweetener. Fresh pineapple juice (not from concentrate) has natural sweetness with less added sugar.
