Yes, and at under 0.3% ABV it sits well inside the US non-alcoholic limit. It stays dry and juniper-led, so a G&T built with it still tastes like a G&T.

How is UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN different from botanical non-alcoholic gins?

Most blend botanicals to imitate gin. We make actual gin and master the removal, which is why the juniper leads instead of sitting somewhere behind the other botanicals.

What cocktails can I make with UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN?

A Gin and Tonic with Thomas Henry Tonic Water is the obvious start. It also holds its own in a Negroni with No. 7 and No. 9, a Gimlet, or a Tom Collins.

Does UNDONE No. 2 NOT GIN taste like real gin?

Juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, dry and complex. What is missing is the heat of high ABV, so it drinks softer while the botanicals stay in front.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz UNDONE No. 2 London Dry Juniper NOT GIN
1.5 oz UNDONE No. 8 Little French Aperitif
0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
Lemon peel for garnish
Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice

2. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled

3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass

4. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink

I was so excited to be able to have a Negroni! I bought this gin and also their "vermouth" and "Campari". What a costly disappointment!! It is nothing more than an expensive botanical water. (Chat GPT's words). Wish I'd have read reviews. Do not waste your money on this garbage!!!!

This is a very versatile un spirit. My husband and I picked up a fairly forward cucumber taste, then a mild juniper flavor. Although I love the cucumber, I really wish there was also a more juniper taste. But when you mix this with your high quality tonic, the result is delicious. Very good for what it is and a refreshing mocktail staple.
